SELLER: While I commend you on your response to the criticism on the ingredients, as common with pet manufacturers you respond to some of the ingredient items with the DOG impact only! Don’t get me wrong, I love all fur babies but I have a CAT and some of the criticisms specifically state the ingredient is at least initially fine for dogs but toxic for cats! Why didn’t you comment on that? Or if the claim of toxicity for cats is true, why label it for both??? I’m tired of pet manufacturers so frequently focusing only on dogs. So regardless of if there is the potential for toxicity in cats, you just lost a customer.

Does this contain alcohol?

No it does not :)  That can be harmful to dogs and cats, so we made sure to leave it out of our product.  We are pet parents ourselves and use this product on our 2 french bulldogs every day and put a lot of effort into making sure it is not only effective, but completely safe :)

does it take off old build up tartar and plaque

Hi and thanks for checking in :)  The answer to your question is "yes, with time" and also it depends on how severe the tartar and plaque build up is.  Obviously, just like human teeth, a small amount of tartar/plaque can be reversed easier than a large amount.  But yes, over time and continued daily use, you should see a good amount of improvement :)  It also helps protect against future growth :)

Are these products vohc approved?

Hi Ajee, I apologize for the late response.  I am awaiting an answer back from our team member who works with our lab.  I do know that our product was designed with the help of licensed veterinarians for effectiveness as well as safety. I am not sure on the specifics of if it was approved by that specific veterinarian group, but will update you when I get an answer from the appropriate person :)
