My daughter is into digital art. She loves the tablet and uses it daily. It does need to be connected to a pc or laptop.

Then beneath that you have a manufacturer's seal to cut through, meaning that unlike with dubious tablet brands, with UGEE there’s the certainty that you are getting an absolutely brand-new tablet.* Note that there’s also a protective film on the tablet itself where it states that if this film is removed, the tablet cannot be returned.• Quality Control: Here’s the most important thing that you wouldn’t usually think about with traditional drawing tablets. There are no dead pixels! The screen has no defects.• Ease of use: I checked the diagram in the booklet that comes with the tablet. Basically, you have a cable with a single USB-C on the tablet end HDMI plus a red and blue USB-A on the other end. The black USB-A is for power AND so that the pen functions. The red one is solely for power.* If you only use the black USB-A cable, you WILL have this subtle dimming and brightening of the screen because the power isn’t quite enough and isn’t stable. So, while using the red cable is “optional” in theory, in practice you’ll want to use it.• Standout Features: UGEE’s offering is better than what I expected at this price point. Only a few years ago, a lower resolution drawing tablet with a screen would have cost around twice as much! Full 1080p at around ten inches for the screen itself is very high pixel density that doesn’t leave me feeling like I’m looking at a blurry representation of the art I’m working on in photoshop. My main screen is 4K at 32 inches, so doing the visual math, this UGEE drawing tablet’s pixel density is roughly the same as my 32-inch 4K screen. Even close up, things look so good that I actually find myself reading articles on my drawing tablet when I’m not using it for art!• Potential Drawbacks: I have an RTX 3090 Founder’s edition, which means that I’ve only got one HDMI connector, and that’s meant for the TV. This is why I connect my UGEE drawing tablet to a bidirectional HDMI switch. There’s no trouble here. The tablet works as it should when I switch to it. In essence, the majority of the time my drawing tablet is serving as a third monitor and I’m currently on the lookout for a good stand to put it on.• Bang for the Buck: You are getting 94% Adobe RGB here. That’s really good at this price! My monitor from only a few years back only has something like 72% Adobe RGB. If you are interested in a drawing tablet and have any interest in a good portable monitor, this is a great pick. I mean it even comes with a digital eraser, a first for me!

It's fun and useful on a budget, but it's not perfect. Installing it on the Mac wasn't difficult, at first I used the included HDMI+USB for power cable that was included, but wires were clunky so i looked for a replacement USBC cable as quickly as possible. Unfortunately all my other thunderbolt and USB 4 cables all had connectors that were too thick to fit into the narrow opening at the top, and the small usbc cables I did have only supported 480mbs and were to slow to work with a video signal... so I set out to find a cable with right angle usb c plug with a long narrow connector AND supported USB C 3.1 Gen 2 (10gbps) or better. So I searched for "90-Degree USB C 3.1 gen 2" I finally found a 6ft one by Fasgear that fit and worked, and it's made the desk much tidier.The software is so-so, it works, but if I change any display settings on my system it keeps changing the mapped tablet area to a different screen than the table display which makes no sense. It might make sense if it supported partial screen mirroring so you could have you app and canvas on the main screen and only the canvas mirrored to the tablet, but that is not the case. Instead the tablet is either it's own screen or a full screen mirror of another... as long as it's a 1080p screen (Since it doesn't support resolution scaling the other screen up or down you get black borders or gets cropped off from the center with lower or higher resolutions, neither of which are very usable).Using it to draw felt natural once I set the hardness level of the pen to "hard" in pen app, so it would read lighter touches as thin lines and moderate pressure as solid lines. Light thin lines sometime gapped, but it was workable. There are also 2 buttons on the side which default to Right Click and Pen/Erase toggle (where you use the tip to erase instead of the eraser end), I personally switched that one to left click since it's sometime hard to gauge how hard you need to tap the screen to register as a click.As an extra screen, the 12" monitor is sorta small to read, but still handy to have as an extra music/chat/email window when not drawing, but you need to provide your own stand if you don't want it laying on the desk. The contrast and colors are not as good as my main screens but good enough. I do find the matte texture they added makes really fine print a little to read, but aids in preventing glare and making drawing feel more natural.Overall, it's nice you're on a budget (although they really should have made the usb-c connection port able to fit wider cables or provided a capable cable that fit). I also would've really liked a built-in kickstand for when it's not being used as a tablet. As for the software issue, hopefully they continue to work on it and make it better as time goes on.

I cant speak for others, it seems most people have a decent experience with this product but right out of the box this tablet gave me problems. I followed the instructions for setup, downloaded the drivers from the website, but when I plug in the device it fails to acknowledge the device is plugged into my computer. I tried every possible thing to get it to work. I updated all drivers, used different ports, even watched a bunch of youtube tutorials on people with their own solutions but nothing worked. I wont say do or do not buy this product. All I can say is it doesn't work for me and so I returned it.

Es muy bonita, tal y como lo muestran las imágenes de la ficha de producto. Soy principiante y me ha resultado muy intuitiva, no me ha costado aprender a utilizarla. Me encanta su diseño. Hasta el momento esta funcionando a la perfección. Llegó en la fecha indicada y con un buen embalaje. Satisfecha al 100 con esta compra.

Je suis tres décu .La tablette a dessin est usagé elle a clairement été déballé et est arrivé sans emballage de plastique ni dans une boite amazon ! seulement 2 gros tape noir la refermait et le sticker d'envoi coller directement sur la boite ! J'ai acheté une neuve et je recois clairement du usagé !! Le plastique d'écran a été enlevé et remis et il y a des trace de main sur l'endos et la connection a été utilisé ! au final je viens de l'essayer et elle ne fonctionne pas , je la retourne comme elle est arrivé avec ses 2 tape noir !
