How long are calming dog chews?

i have two dogs. One chews that thing up in 10 minutes...the other takes 30-45. They both sleep for a few hours easily after that.

is there any form of melatonin in these?

I don't believe so. The chamomile and lavender seem to be the calling ingredients. Regardless, my dogs love them.

I actually just checked all of the Smart Bones product that I have on hand. The Sticks, the Balls, the Bones, the Chips are all made in China. Normally, that would concern me but I have been giving my dogs Smart Bones products for seven years without incident. It looks like Smart Bones has a handle on its quality control.

Are the bones on the softer or harder side for chewing?

My dogs loves these!! After seeing how rawhide expands in the dogs stomach and are hard to digest I wanted a healthier alternative and these are perfect! They are expensive but I’d prefer to pay a bit more and know they are a more natural product. My dogs are around 10kg and a whole one lasts them long enough to keep them busy for a bit so they don’t just wolf them down and expect more!

Arrived about 3 days ahead of schedule which was awesome! My working cocker spaniel loves it, and it was such a bargain to buy from this seller as opposed to other local pet shops! I am definitely buying again when I run out! Might be a big small for bigger dogs though, isn't very big!

My dog Alfie absolutely loves these bones... But they don't last long, my boy crossbreed Yorkshire terrier/shih-tzu.. So not the biggest of mouths or teeth, but he knashed his way through one of these in less than 5 minutes.
