Finally a shower head not totally made of plastic
Very nice shower head took about 10 minutes to actually install. The part that connects the shower head to to the shower arm is made of metal, not plastic. I had tried another shower head brand where this part was plastic and could't get it to screw on; this one had no problems. The magnet is surprisingly strong. I did not buy this shower head for the Culligan filter, but we have very hard water and the filter is a very nice feature. I read lots of reviews of people saying the had to take out the flow reducers, but I had no problems with having enough water pressure to run the shower on all of it's settings. My shower pipe is 6" long, if it was any shorter I would have had problems with not enough room for the shower head to attach to the magnet. The actual shower head is 5 1/2" wide, bigger than I thought, but has not been a problem. The filters are recommended to be changed every 6 months and shower does not work without a filter in place.

Good
This works well I like the filter feature and it isn’t quite as heavy as the other model and that has a heavier head. This is light weight and it’s magnetic so it works well. The only drawback is the price and that you can’t just buy parts of it. You have to replace the entire hose and top part.

Well worth it if you have chlorine rich water
My city water is terrible. I would be 5 minutes into a hot shower before the entire bathroom smelled like chlorine. God knows what this was doing to my hair and skin all these years. I was able to install the showerhead with ease. At first, I didn't use enough plumbers tape. But after removing the tape and doing 5 layers, it was good to go. My only complaint is the overall size is quite large. It makes it hard to find the sweet spot where I am not splashing water outside the shower. Simple adjustments have been made to solve this issue. Overall, I am quite pleased with this purchase. Especially since the replacement filters are so inexpensive compared to competitors.

Fantastic shower
Oh my goodness. I'm so glad I switched out my old shower handle for this one. Clean filtered water and a powerful lightweight massaging shower handle. Love my bathing time!

Anemic flow
Bought it for the Culligan filter (I had the shower head version, WSH-C125), and that the filter was not in the handle. Description says flow rate of 1.8 gpm - hard to believe it's that strong. Like others have said, anemic flow at all settings. Pulled flow restrictor and got blasted, even through the filter. Shows how little the filter restricts flow - a good thing. Broke the center out of the flow restrictor and re-installed, still too strong. Wound up buying a shower flow control valve which restricts to 2.5 gpm at full open. Almost perfect. May drill out the valve slightly to allow a bit more flow and use the valve to throttle it back if needed.Massage setting almost identical to the WSH-C125 shower head - works well, however, the setting where it has a fine spray from around the outer ring is annoying. Pattern fans out to a fairly large area with huge void in the center of the spray with no water. May look for a different spray handle and attach to the filter housing.Have had no issues with the magnet - works great. If getting a new handle, may remove and adapt the magnet to the new handle.Worth the pain for the filter...pure KDF with minimal flow loss and not in the handle.

Great!
I have been using for 2 months now. I haven’t had to replace the filter yet. Super easy to install, noticeable difference in water quality right away

Great Shower Head!
Great shower head! I've tried other shower filters, but Culligan is the only one that seems to solve my hard water problems. I previously had the traditional Culligan shower head but wanted one with a handheld shower arm. I was shocked by the price. I didn’t want to splurge over $100 just for one, but I’m glad I did because I tried other handheld shower arms with filters, and they were unable to properly filter my hard water. The Culligan handheld shower head has multiple stream options to choose from, and I like the magnetic base. With other handheld shower heads I've tried, I noticed you had to struggle to clip them onto the base, which was annoying. The magnet on the Culligan is strong and doesn’t require trial and error to attach it correctly. I also like that you can adjust the position depending on whether you want a high or low stream. The only downside is the water pressure, which is lower compared to others I’ve tried. It doesn’t give that hotel or spa feel like other brands. It does take longer to rinse off if you're using the handheld shower arm as a traditional shower head. I’ve gotten used to it to an extent, and if the stream were stronger, it might compromise the filtering process, so overall, I’m happy with it.

Noticeable difference in hard water areas
The magnet on the back of this hand-held shower head is very strong. It also adds a bit of weight to it, so that it has a nicer balance in the hand than other plastic shower heads. The reason I purchased this was because our water is very hard in Chicago, on top of our indoor humidity being about 20-35%. My skin was rough and cracked for the first time in my life (I grew up on the coast), and I had been experiencing the worst dandruff ever. After we installed this shower head, my raw hands and elbows healed, my dandruff went away instantly, and my face has stopped peeling. It has really made a difference. The water pressure was decreased with this shower head, but we removed the regulator inside and it is now quite strong. I don't like to leave it on the strongest setting for fear that the pressure will be enough to dislodge the magnet, but it does hold fine so far which proves the magnetism on the head is quite sufficient!

Go for it. You owe it to yourself.
We just got it. Easy to install and the magnetic head is awesome. Above all I can already tell that it limits chlorine. I normally take long hot showers and therefore feel a bit high on fumes and my face comes out red after each and every shower. After just one shower using the Culligan filtered shower system I came out feeling great with no ill effects from chlorine fumes and no redness on my face. I couldn’t believe it.I also asked my kids regarding itchiness that they experience after every shower due to their dry sensitive skin and they said that they feel great after using this Culligan system.Go for it and be healthy.

Do not settle for knock-offs
I've looked at many products before making a decision. Culligan is known for reverse osmosis and supplies millions of litres of purified water to consumers at various retails. This showerhead kit works really well. we are in a hard water area (130 to 150) and the results are great. More more dry skin on my legs and arms, my wife loves her hair. Go for the trusted one!!

Really nice
The shower head is really nice and easy to install. It might not be the best for a shower stall that is not to deep and if the person is short as the water flow would flow above the person's head. The shower head is moveable but to a certain extent i.e. the hose weight does not allow to much movement, meaning where it is attached to the base (magnetism).Other than that, a good product.

Meh it is ok. Nothing to brag about...
Pros:1) Filtered water. I live in a city that has a lot of hard water so I hope this helps. The Magnetex brand does not provide this.2) Magentic Shower Head. My shower head is really high up for me so this helps me to detach the head easier from the holder.Cons:1) It does not feel like it provides a lot of pressure compared to my Waterpik that I bought from Cosco. Somehow it feels like it takes longer to feel like I have cleaned myself.2) The spray settings are pretty sad. One is a wider message, but does not provide enough pressure to do anything effective. Then there is a mix of the wider message and spray shower setting which makes the water pressure even more weak. Then there is just the spray shower setting which provides the most water pressure, but the spray is around the outside ring of the shower head that nothing in the middle is cleaned. After that setting is a mix of the spray shower and a narrow message setting like in the presvious misture type spray settings makes rhe water pressure incredibly week. Lastly there is a narrow message setting which has a little more pressure than the wider massage setting, but still not effective enough to do anything.Rather silly that they have 2 message settings instead of 1 really effective message setting and 2 differenet styles of showers (spray and rain or spray and like the Waterpik has a pressurerized mist setting).2 Pros and 2 Cons makes a 3 star rating for me.
