No, they are jut right. I bought the for my 6 and 4 year old and they love these . Keeps them busy for a good hour or so.

Is there a lid on this so the beads do not spill everywhere?

There is a lid but you need to be careful sliding it over if you want the beads to stay organised in the compartments you’ve put them in, otherwise the beads will get mixed up.

Are the beads reusable? Can you dismantle and make other shapes with them?

No, as once the picture / item made, you spray it with water and the beads sort of glue together
