I was disappointed with some of the results!!

I have now accumulated a fair number of Jerry Baker books. As soon as this book arrived yesterday I started paging through the book and 2 hours later I was still reading. The ideas and formulas are so interesting and easy to do. I have my reference library now, made up with Jerry's books and a few others. I'm gardening on a larger scale than ever with vegetables and flowers. I feel confident I will be able to handle any situation that may arrive.

Book came as described. Looks brand new & was a great price!!! It also is very educational. I love it & hope to see more just like it!!! If so, I will buy again! Can't thank you enough!!! Roberta

This book has great suggestions for ways to get rid of pesky bugs in an environmentally friendly way. Jerry writes in a funny manner. I took this book to the doctor's office with me and the receptionist liked it so much she also ordered one from Amazon.I don't think all methods will work for all people or areas of the country, but they are sure worth trying. I would say that these remedies are going to be cheaper than bug spray at garden centers. If the first remedy doesn't work, Jerry normally provides more than one.

I bought the book for my husband since he tends to use pesticides frequently. I am convinced of the benefits from natural ways to prevent pests in the garden although he does not seem too keen to try the suggestions. The advice in the book does not always apply to us in Southeast Queensland in Australia but I am sure that my man will get a few good ideas! Well illustrated. A fun read! Thank you.

Jerry Baker, the master gardener. Back in the day he was the K-Mart voice. I love him, quick wit, shows in his writings. Definitely not a boring book. Fun read, lots of information so much you must mark the pages! A book that could spark a conversation, lovely read. Pick it up anytime, and flip through, no need to start front to back here. Great reference, as is all of his books.
