Perfect! Makes just enough bubbling sound, and the moving crystal ball is visually interesting. It doubles as a night light. The water doesn't splash out at all. I added my own fake ferns and a few rocks. About 10 days after we set it up, the ball stopped rolling. Even though it looked perfectly clean, my hubby explained that the minerals in the water were probably building up on its surface, preventing it from moving. We wiped down the ball, and it's moving again just fine. In the future, we are going to use distilled water instead of filtered (to get rid of the minerals) with about 2 tiny drops of bleach to kill any bugs. Only needed to replenish some of the water once in 10 days due to evaporation. There's no off switch, but that really doesn't matter because we leave it running 24/7. We are very pleased with this fountain.

Easy to put together and very soothing for an elderly relative or perhaps even a newborn. Tasteful design. Consider using distilled water.

The fountain is very pretty, but in the evening the light is not bright enough to see the water flowing down. Also, the description says: listen and relax to the sounds of a waterfalls against the rocks. The fountain makes absolutely no noise. No relaxing waterfalls sound to relax you. It absolutely has no sound at all. You do not hear the water flowing down. If you are thinking of purchasing this product to listen to the water falls sound, like I did for relaxation, DON’T waste your money. You will get the fountain but absolutely no water falls sound . What good is it to lay down and try to relax with a soft tranquil waterfalls against the rocks , when there is none. don’t waste your money. you will not hear anything. It is completely silent. Very disappointed.

Pretty with soothing water sounds, unless the water level is less than full. Then the sound of the motor is louder than the waterfall sound. Depending on the humidity levels in your space, it needs to be filled about every other day to maintain sound quality. The lights are lovely. I added small white rocks for aesthetics.

Hugely disappointed. It's cute but you can barely hear it. The ball at the top an absolute waste. Way to expensive for a product that doesn't really work as advertised.

This fountain is stunning and creates a very relaxing atmosphere with its sleek, stone-like aesthetic. It’s a perfect centerpiece for any room. However, the durability is disappointing. The paint has started peeling significantly, especially at the tip of the water spout where the flow is constant. Seeing the lighter material underneath the dark finish really ruins the high-end look. Pros: Great design and soothing water sound. Cons: Poor paint finish; peels easily around the edges and outlet. Verdict: Beautiful to look at, but be prepared for the paint to flake off quickly.

Liked the look of this desktop fountain and it runs well. However not currently able to use it as it is too loud for my studio space due to the design and water drop back into the pool. I'm in a 12 x 12 room, albeit with a lot of hard surfaces (floors, walls, desks) so the water sound quickly moves from soothing trickle noises to reverberating distraction. To spin the ball the pump has to be on the second highest setting only. Anything less and the ball stalls or only vibrates, high speed, the water shoots off the back of the ball and on to desk and floor. It looks nice in our decor, so I kept it and have the LEDs lighting the ball without the pump and may rig it in the future as an atomizer to create a fog illusion in the centre design. It just doesn't work as intended in my office space - may be great in a different setup and if the limitations of my environment are removed, it's worth the 4-stars. Disappointed I can't use it in my space and so not advised for a smaller quiet office area or where lots of impromptu Zoom or Teams meetings are frequent unless you can unplug it easily / quickly. Sounds to remote users like you're in the bathroom, LOL!
