Amazing Monitor
After trying several other brands, such as Asus, Samsung, and MSI, This is by far my favorite 4k HDMI 2.1 monitor. Everything was packaged really well and the build quality is great. The moment I turned on the display I was impressed with how clear and vibrant the monitor was without even adjusting any settings. I tested it out on PC and PS5/Series X, Everything is crisp and beautiful. This model also has an auto switch feature that works, The new G70A wouldn't even auto switch most of the time, Where as this monitor does switch every time. I had no issues with backlight bleed on my monitor, But every panel is different, So always make sure to check and see if yours does. The monitor does support the full bandwidth of HDMI 2.1 with VRR, It has a few Variable Overdrive settings which work really well. I really love the inclusion of a remote, It makes adjusting settings really easy, and the speakers are the best I've heard from any monitor. I definitely recommend this monitor to anyone who's looking for a good 32 inch 4k monitor that works with PC and next gen consoles. If I had one complaint, It would be that I wish the monitor was certified G-Sync compatible, But using a Nvidia GPU, I had no issues at all.

Great Monitor For PC / Console
I really enjoy the monitor menu options with making adjustments to picture and or sound / quick settings for picture adjustments that were premade. Also comes with a small remote to use for any options with the monitor. Speakers that come with the monitor are nice and they work fine but they are not the best option out there when compared to using an headset but they do work great when playing single player games or just want to give your head a rest from using the headset. Comes with two HDMI ports for next generation consoles and one DP for your computer and I have been using all three and no issues. RGB is a nice touch, but you adjust the colors some with in the settings of the monitor.

Beautiful picture quality I've ever seen but...
As long as you don't get a damage screen I would highly recommend this monitor. that being said my came with a pretty big dirty screen effect. When things are being ship there's always a chance you'll get the short end of the stick and get a damage screen. The only down side I've heard about OLED monitor is the burn-in and how easily breakable they are. Like fine bone china, beautiful but handle with the upmost care!

Worked Great! Until It Didn’t
The best monitor ever I’ve ever had worked great and then all the sudden it started powering itself on and off repeatedly. Then it would randomly work for a little bit but the menu became unaccessible to do anything. Then after a while the menu became accessible again and seemed good and gave me hope but then it continued to restart on its own again and again. I tested the issue over a number of days with same result and coming close to end of return date I could not risk keeping and even to return i had to pay UPS 100+ dollars to box it myself because I threw the box away because I was planning on keeping it smh No option to get a replacement which what I was going to do instead of the refund so I think I’m just gonna look into other options now. Other than that it was great!

Good monitor - better options out there
Upgraded this from my beloved BenQ EX 2710q. I'm a huge fan of BenQ and have had two of their monitors already. Don't get me wrong, the gaming experience on this model is excellent with a lot of customizations, but color accuracy out of the box is as you've read - it's not calibrated at all and is very far from where it should be. It's a bit of a surprise coming from a company that specializes in quality displays and advertises a wide color gamut (which isn't false) - but it's going to take you a while to get there even if you have the proper tools to do so. I gave my 1440p monitor a pass because it didn't have the specs that this one had, but this one should have been able to achieve entry to mid level color grading capabilities from an editing standpoint. My 27 inch 1440p gaming monitor from them came just about ready to rock out of the box for some basic graphic editing - this one is far from that. Pros: - Rich gaming experience with a plethora of customizations to your liking (very saturated out of the box and hardly had to adjust anything) - Remote is fantastic. Straight to the point and really appreciate the menu navigation & customization - Despite other reviews, the brightness was more than acceptable in all modes (if you're in a very bright environment near windows you may run into some issues in the daytime) - Overall very well built with a good stand Cons: - COLOR ACCURACY - for a monitor with graphic design color specs at this price point, this is VERY far from being accurate out of the box when using with your computer - No choice (or indication) of whether or not you're using DCI or sRGB color modes in each profile - Certain color profiles are not customizable (some options grayed out) so you can't even choose your starting point based on certain profiles - You pay a premium for speakers (which are better than most if not all monitors) but can easily be outshined by the cheapest of bluetooth / wired speakers. That premium also includes the color gamut, which isn't anywhere near where it needs to be and can't be achieved without some sort of professional grade color tool. Overall, there are much better options out there that are cheaper and include factory calibrations. If you're looking for a monitor to double as both a work monitor (graphic work) and for gaming, this could be worth it IF you're willing to spend some money on a calibration tool. I'm glad I gave this a shot at nearly half it's original retail price which was $1200 as I would have been extremely disappointed.

Sounds Great & Views Great.
The overall performance was great IMO. I’m used to poppier colors and darker blacks. This monitor worked very well with my PS5 @ it’s native 4k incredibly well. Didn’t need to buy a newer HDMI cable FOR 4k at 120hz for the PlayStation. The sound quality is very good and loud. Deep sounding noises and rumbles come out of the speakers very well. Best part is it has a remote. Console players can sit back and relax and enjoy the show

This appears to have been a return and many of the components were missing
I like the monitor a lot, however it was shipped to me without anything except a badly-rewound power supply. The remote was missing. The included cables were missing. I suspect I got a returned item. I don't have time to return this outright but BenQ customer support has helped me out so five stars for them! Update 1/9/2023: The monitor is great, I really like the Eye Care settings for blue light and the flicker free tech it does seem to help with headaches and eye strain. I also like the HDRi technology when watching movies, they look amazing. ALSO I did recieve all the missing components from BenQ customer support, they came through perfectly and I plan to buy more BenQ products in the future.

BenQ great alt to LG so far
A great gaming monitor. Come with a very basic remote, but sound system has some dynamic ranges and variations. I would recommend to a friend, the only downside is on a TV you get more in depth settings; the monitor has settings but only come in presets. Only time will tell if it lasts as long as my lg (9yrs. and still working)

Amazing.
Only 10 months ago, this monitor was priced at $1300-$1350 but I purchased this monitor at $879.98. At that price, this monitor is an instant winner, amazing monitor. It also comes a HDMI and DisplayPort which adds to the value. If I had to buy another monitor, I would be this one again. I do not have an opinion on the coloring technology as I am not versed in that subject. This monitor with stand weights in at 21lbs and the total box weight (with all contents) is 30lbs.

Terrible product and support majorly lacking
First screen didn't work properly. I had to download software in order for it to function. It was not plug and play. Later the screen fails within 3 months of purchase. Called support. Offered to replace screen. Sounded great. I get the new screen and it is flickering/ tearing and looks like it was already used previously. Box was pretty banged up too. Now support will not respond to my emails and the number to call no longer works. I've tried again and again to contact support but they are unresponsive. I feel like I was robbed for over 1k. I would not recommend Benq products.

Overall a good monitor with decent colour, blacks and brightness and a high refresh rate
This is a good monitor with a high refresh rate. I don’t use it for gaming but I do a lot of reading and scrolling on my Mac. Scrolling is smooth which is a lot easier on the eyes over time. Can’t get the speakers to work on Mac USB-C to the monitor Display port, but not a big deal. I did not want monitor speakers and wish the manufacturers would stop including cheap speakers unless they decide to include a quality speaker system. Most monitor speakers are garbage and are simply a waste of money.
