I love a lap tray but refuse to spend £30 on one - this is a fine compromise. It does the job, and I've had many dinners off it.The beanbag inside the cushion is sealed inside plastic, so it's not breathable despite the fabric on the outside - if you sit for a long time you will get sweaty legs.Unlikely to stand up to much punishment but even the expensive lap trays are just as poorly made. Don't chuck it around and you'll be grand.

Received this beautiful lap tray amazingly quickly. I use it in my car to eat my lunch on and it's perfect.The design is so lovely, it's easy to wipe clean and is light on your knee.I know it's a only a tray but it has cheered my lunchtimes up!! :-)

Cheerful picture of flowers and bees on this practical lap tray. Bought for use in a flat without dining table. Great for eating in front of the tv. Good size which sits comfortably on the lap. It came well packaged to prevent damage.

I use it as a laptop tray. It works perfectly but I can feel the 'cushion' sometimes wants to come away from the underside of the tray. The four corners aren't perfectly flush (fitted together) but it's fine for the price. I've noticed a bit of the yellow paint has also started to come away and i've had it less than a month but I could have scratched it with my laptop I'm not sure

Description says that frame is made from 'quality wood material', and perhaps it is a material derived from wood; but the frame looks like a piece of yellow plastic, so don't expect a nice wood frame. Otherwise the artwork is quite pleasing and it's OK as a lap tray.
