Al principio me parecía un poco caro invertir tanto en una lampara de exploración, pero fue una buena decisión y no me sorprende siendo WelchAllyn, la calidad es estupenda, la utilizo en mi consultorio así que no temo perderla o que la roben. El sistema de encendido y apagado me encanta, muy funcional y mucho mejor a los habituales que semejan un bolígrafo retráctil.

As a busy Neurology resident, I am so glad I bought this pen light.It is not bright. It will not blind your patient. But it isn't dim either, your patients still grimace when you shine it in their eyes.The halogen bulb is different than basically every other pen light I've used, and casts a softer hue than the bluishly-white LED you're used to. The cone of light is also controllable, too, so you can be deliberate about when light hits the pupilIt's plenty bright for ICU or floor examsIt feels weighty and well made in the handIt's going to break one day. I've come to terms with that. So far it's survived 5 months of daily use without an issue. If I broke today I'd buy a new one (and be sad until it arrived)One wish: the green on/off cap switch is nice looking green.
