Alright, I love it. I hesitated buying this thing at first because I needed it for one reason only-Every time I try to take a relaxing bubble bath, my overhead light is too dang bright. It really takes you out of the shelter-in-place-stuck-at-home-faux-spa-day experience. I bought this lamp because it looked like it might provide the softer lighting I was hoping for and boy does it do the trick. So relaxing. Also one full charge has lasted me through 4 bubble baths over the course of a few weeks now so the batter life is great for this purpose.If you’re looking to add a soft light to a small space for relaxation, this is a great option.Oh, obviously, disclaimer, don’t bring the dang thing in the tub with you. That’d be dumb. I keep mine on top of the toilet. Hey, whatever works, right??

This purchase was a replacement for a different night light. These lights have an internal battery, which is nice because I can charge them during the day and the kids can put them wherever at night. They come with a fairly short micro usb cable, but no dongle. They only have one button though. The controls are not complicated but at the same time it doesn't offer much in the way of features. It turns on, off, pulses and changes colors. But I like these. I wish they had a sleep timer like the ones they're replacing, my kids never turn them off and the dimmer worked on every color not just the warm light. But overall, Im not worry about tripping over power cables and if my kids wanted to put these in their bed, again no cables! They also have a hook on the bottom so I spose at some point my kids will hang these upside down.The ones theyre replacing had to remain plugged in but had a standard power cable, they werent usb so I didnt have to go hunt for a dongle, but the power cable wasnt long. They had a convoluted set of controls my wife never figured out, too complicated to spend the time. but again, the dimmer feature worked on every color and they had a sleep timer. The lights didnt have to stay on all night or worse, I wouldnt come home from work and find the lights still on.

I've had the light charging for 24 hours and it won't turn on. I tried holding it down for a few seconds up to the better of a minute. No good, it simply wont turn on.Update 4/29/21: I had ordered one of these previously for my desk, and the power button was on the top. That is no longer the case, the power button has been moved is now towards the bottom of the lampNow I know why pressing on the top didn't work! Once I figured out the new placement, the lamp works just fine. It looks as advertised and functions perfectly. The directions that come with it, however, are, um, sketchy. There is no information on the placement of the power button , and that's why I couldn't make the lamp turn on.

I bought two. At first they worked very well but after three months the battery was damaged and it no longer lasts for 5 hours.

light is dim but still good to use at night

Ordered it in Feb and it stopped working by April. A waste of money.
