If you have finally given up chain pins and a breaker, these are must haves. A four pack is a bargain if you catch it at the right time. They are specific to speed, so be sure to match them to your drivetrain. Swapping them in does not require a tool, although removing them usually requires a tool. The tool (which is guaranteed to be listed on the item page) is relatively inexpensive and makes changes easy. If need be, small needle nose pliers can be used, but they are not the best. For the initial install, a chain breaker will be needed, so if you don’t have or cannot borrow one, a bicycle multitool from the likes of Lezyne, Crank Brothers, or Park Tool is a good purchase to make at this time. The tool can save your tail with all the other gizmos on it. Instructions can be found online, with Park Tool having some great videos if needed. Like plenty of others have remarked, I do reuse the links. At this price, it is easy to toss them after a few uses, as well as pack one with your bike. They are awesome for swapping out chains if you wax your chains, making what used to be a somewhat irritating task simple (and no need to hunt for pins). Recommended

If you need to (or want to) replace/clean/wax your SRAM 11-speed chain, then you're going to (eventually) have to replace the quick link. (Mfg suggests each and every replacement!) This 4-pack is great as it allows you to follow the "rules" and have a spare on hand for the next removal or emergency.

A bit tough to lock after a waxing, but always reliable with SRAM or Shimano 11-spd chains.

Always handy to keep in the saddle bag. I have only broken one chain during a ride (and didn't have one), but I've been able to help my riding buddies out a few times. I re-use them until one falls between the deck boards during a chain cleaning! LOL

Recently replaced my old bike with a new one that has 11-cog cassette. When I had trouble getting the link to click in place during my first chain replacement, I noticed the name had changed since I started using these on my old 8-speed bike- it used to be PowerLink and is now PowerLock. When I searched for installation tips (just start pedaling and it will click in right away) I learned that the links are no longer meant to be re-used, so I ordered a few spares. They are the correct name brand, happy to have in case I need to remove and reinstall a chain. SRAM has always been a reliable brand name so I stick with them.

Genuine SRAM quicklinks for 11 speed chain. Just makes fitting/removing a chain so much easier. If you want to fit to a new chain, you will need to remove at least one link so you get female (hole) on both ends of the chain.

Imprescindible junto con un tronchacadenas, si quieres evitarte una llamada para que te vengan a recoger (suponiendo que no te pille el problema en mitad del monte, y te toque volver andando). Desgraciadamente me ha tocado usarlos tanto en carretera (donde llevo Shimano) como en MTB (donde llevo SRAM), y en ambos casos acabé cambiando la cadena antes de tener problemas con el eslabón sustituido. El precio es muy bueno, y como vienen con envase individual, siempre llevo uno en el bidón o bolsa de las herramientas. Antiguamente cuando las cadenas eran mas robustas, era posible incluso usar el tronchacadenas para volver a unir la cadena (perdiendo un eslabón), pero con el aumento de las velocidades, y la reducción del espesor de las cadenas, ahora mismo se me antoja casi imposible. En resumen, buena calidad y buen precio, aconsejable llevarlos en las salidas en bici (junto con una muti-herramientas con tronchacadenas)
