GR8 PRODUCT
This is a great value and the ingredients are simple. I use this for baking, for sauces and i even put it in my coffee. The taste is not overwhelming and it is very thick but it mixes well. Highly recommend.

Not good coconut cream
It smelled almost like wild onions when I opened the can and tasted horrible. I even opened a second can hoping it was just a bad can.

High Quality
I buy the Organic Coconut Cream by the case! The box is easy to open and the cans are not dented with no evidence of being mishandled. I use Coconut cream mostly in making my homemade coconut yogurt, however also use it in baking and add it to my coffee as well. I like that it is unsweetened so I can add additional sweetener to my preference as needed. The quality of the Coconut Cream is awesome! It has a smooth, creamy consistency with no off smells, sour taste or being odd colored. As a health conscious person, consuming organic foods is important to reduce pesticides and herbicides in my food. I highly recommend this product!

Perfect for curry
We love curry here and this stuff combined with a yellow curry paste (Mike's organic, I think?) tastes just like the yellow curry from our favorite Thai restaurant. So good! Potatoes, onions, carrots, any other veggies... we cook it all up in a little water, add the curry paste after everything is cooked, remove from heat and stir in the coconut cream and it is good to go. I am not a trained cook or anything so you might know how to cook it better than I do, but it is tasty the way I do it, so done properly it would be even better. Plus I hear that coconut *anything* is good for you.

Tasty in curry
Made chicken curry with this and a can of kang karee paste. The kids loved it, so that's a win.

Didn’t whip, grey in color.
I don’t know if I got a bad batch or what. The expiration date was fine, but when I opened the can, it was part solidified, part watery. “Ok” I thought, the solids are pretty natural for coconut products. I smelled it and tasted it. I couldn’t figure out if it was bad or not. 1st red flag. I compared it to coconut oil I have, and it definitely didn’t taste even close to coconut like that, or sweet. Why would coconut oil be sweeter than the whipped cream? I looked at it while mashing the solid parts. It was grayish in color. 2nd red flag. Decided to try whipping it to see what would happen. (Yes I refrigerated it, yes I used a chilled metal bowl from the freezer. Yes they were both cold enough.) It was not, and did not whip after many minuets. It did make a mess due to the small solids though, so that was nice…. (Deadpan humor). It barely got frothy, and I slowly tried pouring sugar into it, which always helped make my heavy cream whip faster, gain more peaks and taste sweeter. I ended up pouring in much sugar and that’s when it barely frothed and still didn’t change much in taste. So I don’t recommend this product. Like I said, maybe I just got a bad batch. Was not SNAP EBT available. Was not worth the money.
