Does what it is supposed to but you have to buy an additional app for $10. I had to unplug it because my remote wouldn't work to lock/unlock the doors while it was plugged in.

It works fine, but the top portion that connects into the OBDII in the car (every car!) is on backwards so, when connected to the car, I can't see the lights for connectivity and stuff. The device "works" but wasn't assembled properly.

One use and I've saved more than the cost already:-)So impressed with this little gadget :-)Used on an 02 x-type Jag.I purchased with low expectations thinking it was too cheap to be of much use. Having already solved my problem beforehand, I just needed to clear a 'check engine' light from dashboard, which it did with no problem. The $80 dealers fee for this has made this purchase a bargain.

Abosolutly worthless! Don’t buy this mess. I’ve only got it to connect twice. Get Bluetooth or wired.

I love this unit it hook right up to my I phone and works great

Worked out of the box. However, note that pro versions of most of the available phone software require $$. I was able to easilt connect, check and then erase the temporary code which lighted up my check engine light using a free version in my android samsung phone.

Wont connect so I wasted ten dollars on an app that I can't use
