Men's Thicken Winter Coat Insulated Warm Parka Jacket Hooded Puffer Jacket

I needed a coat to replace my favorite winter jacket and this was perfect. I like the deep pockets on both sides and the roomy one inside. It's warm enough for cold N.E. Ohio winters and it was perfect for some of our blustery Spring days. I did give it a quick coating of waterproofing spray because our area can get some serious rain and it's a lot easier to shake off the coat & hang it up than risk it getting soaked. An ounce of prevention, etc.The only part of the jacket I didn't care for was the fur trim. Fortunately, the faux fur on the hood easily unzipped (I really didn't need or want it) leaving a clean look to the coat. Since we like to repurpose things in our home, rather than send them to the landfill, we like to find new uses for them. So, my wife took that piece, cut the zipper off, trimmed the fabric back and cut it into two pieces, one 6" and the other about 12". Instant cat toys! Our cats are having a grand time attacking and pouncing on these 'wild animals '.

I bought this for the winter days were you're freezing your nubs off just walking to your car in the morning and I love it! The chest pockets are angled a little weird but I’m just happy it has a bunch (4) of pockets. It’s very warm and the fur on the hood zips off which it nice to have the option.I did get a larger size because I like my coats nearly baggy but if you get what your “appropriate size” would be i would think it would fit as expected.

The coat was much heavier (and smaller) than I expected. I am very impressed with the warmth it provides, however the hood is pretty cheap looking. I have tried my best to fluff up the faux fur but it is still pretty sad looking. I also recommend sizing up!

Our organization provides final military honors at Veterans funerals. We are out there regardless of the weather. Last year our organization provided honors for 1,556 Veterans. Since EVERYONE is a volunteer, receives no reimbursement of any kind, the least we could do for them is provide good quality clothing. We are in Colorado and YES, it has been known to get cold and snow here. Our team members are now warm, dry and happy....well as happy as you can get providing this kind of service.

This jacket is just what I was hoping to find, good looking, soft, light weight, warm, easy on and off and an affordable price... BUT the description said it had an adjustable drawstring in the padded hem so cold weather could not get in around the bottom edge of the jacket. This feature was the "decider" for me to order this jacket instead of one of the others I had looked at. Imagine my disappointment when there is NO DRAWSTRING TO BE FOUND!. Also no reflective strips on the pockets (also mentioned in the on-line description). I AM DEBATING WHETHER TO SEND IT BACK OR TO TRY TO INSTALL A DRAWSTRING MYSELF. It has side hemline zippers which make my putting in a drawstring problematic. I would much rather have the hemline drawstring than the side zippers! I think that even though the rest of the jacket's features are great, I will probably send it back. SO DISAPPOINTING!

Nice coat for the price, but the fake fur on the hood is horrible. Luckily, I think it's a removeable hood. Not a coat I'd use for extremely cold weather unless you're layering underneath. Size up if you want to do that. It would not do well in Minnesota winters. But good for warmer winter days.

Don’t let the comments scare you away! I was skeptical but when it came it was my ideal winter coat! I’m 5’7, 150lbs, and like slim fit things, the small was the perfect size! It was kinda bigger but it’s a winter coat what do you expect! So if you usually by large, I’d recommend the small.
