QUORN MEATLESS PIECES, Pack of 12

I live in a food desert, so the price was worth it to me as I can't find it locally. I took a chance on the shipping and it arrived frozen solid with plenty of dry ice remaining, it also was in a recyclable paper insulator with no styrofoam. I live in the middle of nowhere with frequent delays but it got here. Whew. Glad to have it.

This is really and truly my favorite meat substitute. I've been buying Quorn products for close to a decade. So I'm totally bummed. Unfortunately, it arrived with the dry ice melted, and all the packages had thawed out. I'm not even sure it's safe to eat. So, this is not a review of the product itself but a transportation or delivery issue.

This is one of the absolute best products on the market as a meat substitute for Chicken. I use this product in soups, stews, pastas, mock chicken salad, Asian stirfrys, pho, pad thai & ramens, basically if you can make it with chicken I can make it with Quorn! Great sourse of protein, gluten free and no soy!

I got over food avoidance while I was in the Marines. I can't tell you what this tastes like or describe it's texture, but it seems nutritious enough. I generally smother it in Ragu. Typically I don't eat stuff that doesn't have meat in it (as Homer reminds us, you can't make friends with salad) but I do make exceptions.

I love these and we can't find them anywhere, makes the best veggie chicken salad.

My Husband and I chose a vegetarian diet for over 25 years now. When Quorn products were introduced in our area we were ecstatic to find a delicious and healthy substitute for what we knew as chicken. We use it in almost everything we cook. Absolutely love all the Quorn products we have tried. Just made a batch of enchiladas using these meatless pieces yummy, believe they were called tenders when we began enjoying them so long ago. Never the less they are a tremendous addition to our menu options. Encourage everyone to give them a try.

After vomiting for 4 hours then the runs headache, sweating and feeling I was going to die I did my research. It is banned in Canada. 1 child has died....while it may be safe for a majority of people there are many that will have a severe reaction to the fungus...not mushroom but fungus it is made from. Just a warning before you try this. Yes it was tasty going down but I will not recommend this meat alternative to anyone.

I was extremely disappointed that this product arrived completely thawed. It way have been packed with dry ice, but the ice was missing by the time I picked it up (which was on the same day it was delivered).****I am updating my review, because I was very pleased with how responsive the seller was after I contacted them about the issues with the delivery. They addressed my concern within two business days, which I very much appreciated.
