This is really a nice lip butter. Smells amazing (it's light and subtle). There is a slight sheen to it, so if you aren't into shimmer on your lips, you'll want to pass on this one. It is moisturizing, but it doesn't last long. I feel that I have to reapply this one often. It's in a pot, so you'll either use your finger or a lip brush to apply. The packaging is great! Presentation is really nice. This would make a great gift item. I've also tried the lip scrub and a lip gloss from this brand and I've really enjoyed them all.

Wow! Lovely gift box! Not to be missed! Extraordinary design to proudly offer as a gift for young and old. This delicate Vitamin C, Honey, Aloe Vera gloss is in a clear plastic jar/pot. The shimmer is pretty but quite subtle for me. The consistency is like a lightweight butter, almost melted as an oil. The flavor and scent are pleasant and quite faint. I need a thicker, more shimmery gloss, but I favor this whole experience over many other beauty products for gift-giving!I love the lip jar/pot idea, the ingredients, and the aesthetics; I am assessing this based on the appeal and value this can bring to the table. This formula is suitable for dry, cracked, chapped lips. However, I lick them a lot, and I will not keep this on my lips for long. I think this is a good value for the price because I believe many people will love this completely, especially as a gift idea for maybe a lady who doesn't want too much glitter. This product outshines many others.This gloss will remove quite quickly, so that is no problem. I love to collect lipsticks and glosses, especially when I am motivated to use them regularly. Instead of Chapsticks, I am putting only this in my purse or pocket for some temporary classes I am attending.Enjoy!

This is a wonderful little pot of sheer gold glittery lip gloss. The glitter quotient is just right - the shine is subtle and the glittery flakes are tiny, not chunky. The gold glitter is in a sheer base, so overall the glittery effect is very natural, pretty and subtle. The gloss is super smooth and moisturizing. It feels great and just glides on so smoothly. Between the glossy base and the glittery gold flakes, the effect is shiny, pretty and feminine. It has a subtly sweet scent that is very nice but not overly noticeable. This gloss comes beautifully packaged, which would make it a lovely gift.Overall this gloss is lovely and gives a natural, golden effect with a soft shine thanks to the gloss and the glitter. It feels great on your lips and looks very pretty and natural, as well.

This lip butter reminds me a of Vaseline but with a nicer scent and added glitter. It works well to heal your dry lips and feels really nice but doesn't create a long term gloss. It also has odd packaging and I agree with the other reviewer who said the sticky stuff on the bottom of the container does not come off and so the container sticks to everything. Other than that though, it does work well but I wouldn't re purchase this item, I'd just stick to using aquaphor to heal my lips when they get really dry.

The shimmer lip butter comes packaged in a fancy box that is over the top and more than necessary. It’s eye catching though and might attract customers in the shelf. The biggest issue is that little container of lip butter is attached with some sticky things that come clear from the box easily but are harder to remove from the container of lip butter. So the little container sticks to everything. That’s just annoying. I don’t want to have to spend extra time cleaning packaging from the item.Fortunately, the lip butter makes up for it by being pretty great. It rubs on smoothly with a finger and leaves my lips feeling kissably soft. There is just the slightest bit of shimmer and shine. The butter has the slightest scent and taste of honey. It’s barely noticeable.

I actually like this, sort of a lip gloss/lip balm cross. Goes on quite light, I didn't find it sticky at all nor did I find any taste noticeable. It's not super wet looking but gives a nice glisten and sparkle. Lasted longer then my other oil based balms. Will keep it in my bag.

I had never heard of Lique Cosmetics before now, and wasn't sure what to expect from this lip shimmer/balm, but I love it so much! It adds so much moisture and shine to my lips with zero sticking whatsoever, feeling more like a moisturizing oil or butter. The shimmer is light but pretty, and works extremely well on its own or over lipstick. It has a light honey flavor, and makes my lips happy! Five stars!
