Does this cervical neck traction device really work? Sitting for a long time has made my neck stiff, hope this relieves my pain

Actually you should not sit for a long time probably no more than 15 to 20 minutes at the very most! And it should be intermittent traction which is hard to do with a stationary pulley… And there’s other things that you can do with that contraption but I’m not there to show you… I am a licensed doctor of chiropractic and doctor of natural medicine so I know what I’m talking about… It’s a great machine if it’s used properly but you’ve just overdone it long time sitting with it on heavy traction will create stiffness yes so you should do it no more than 15 to 20 minutes in an overweight in your hand who are you lift it and then let it drop gently and then lift it that’s called intermittent traction
