Galley Essentials Silicone Baking Cups-Set of 12

I have not used these yet. It was nice to get a recipe e-book. Not very many recipes though. I am a celiac and there is only one gluten free recipe. Also, I found one typo.

So, I have been wanting to try silicone cups for a long time now. I want sure how the pop out and clean up experience would be. I am pleasantly surprised. I made brownies and did not spray the liners. After cooled, the did in fact pop out. There was a little residue on the liner still but was very easy to wipe off under warm water, very easy. I would recommend these for sure. My only complaint is that you do have to wait until cooled so I need two sets to bake my normal batches. But great product! Thank you!

Used once so far I like it.

I received the silicone cupcake liners. I like the assortment of colors. They work well but they are not as durable as other cupcake liners I have used in the past. So not sure they will last. The e book which was part of purchase was great with wonderful variety of recipes.

Not thrilled as these baking cups tend to stick to muffins/ cupcakes. Not what I expected.

I love these silicone baking cups. I am always looking for an eco friendly option in everything I buy and these fit the bill. Light and flexiblebut durable enough to use without a muffin tin the backing cups performed as advertised. The bright colors are fun and I used them to separate my gluten free from my regular cup cakes so everyone gets what they want - and nothing more!For a taller/thinner cup cake I recommend using a muffin tin as without the are a little more round.Both ways cook well and look good just a bit different. I also used them with and without a cooking spray - both work but the spray make for even easier removal.

smaller than expected and not stable when filled.

These are great! I've used them for packing school lunches and baking muffins. No problems at all with the muffins coming out, but I did spray the cups with cooking spray first. I've put them in the dishwasher and hand washed, also with no problems. I like that they came in an actual package, with the product label stating they are BPA free. Customer service was also great, with several emails sending updates and even recipes!
