I learned of this product through my doctor. After describing the inner turmoil that had become my normal life, she helped me see that menopause had its ugly claws in me. She was hesitant to prescribe a medication with potentially negative side effects unless it was a last resort. She suggested I try this product because another patient of hers had raved about the product and its effects on her. I was all for avoiding another prescription medication, so I tried it as well. I started its calming effects quickly. I felt so good after about my second order that I thought I was "over it", and didn't need to take it anymore. Well, I was wrong! After not taking it for a few weeks, I decided that I better order some more quickly for my peace and the safety of others lol. I would suggest this product to anyone who is suffering from the effects of menopause, and who wants to avoid prescription medication.

A friend had recommended another supplement to help with very extreme hot flashes and mood swings. When I looked it up it was about $25 per month. I found these, which are very similar and only around $9; I figured I'd try them before buying the more expensive kind. I noticed improvement within a couple of weeks. I have now been taking this product for about six weeks and have noticed a huge improvement in all of my symptoms. I would definitely recommend this item.

Bought this product for my mom. She is going through Menopause and was complaining of hot flashes with mood & sleep disturbances. I really wanted her to try something natural & safe. She has been used Menoease for one month now and has noticed a significant reduction in hot flashes. Her sleep quality has improved. She has fewer mood disturbances. She is feeling better. I just bought her a refill. She is happy with this product & will recommends it to her friends.

Meh. There are much more reasonably priced supplements that help with menopause issues. When I ran out of these, I did not repurchase. Went with better priced options and they work just as well.

I have tried several times to get off of my hormone replacement and when I tried with adding Menoease, this time I was successful. It has been 30 days since I have had no hormones and finished my first bottle of menoease. I just ordered my second bottle and I am going to try to take just one a day this time and see how that goes but it has definitely been a huge success for me.

I normally don’t write reviews but this product is great! It helped my mood swings 100% and my hot flashes by 90%. And even the few I get now are very mild and last only a couple mins. I’ve tried all the different Estroven that target different symptoms and none worked for me. This product is awesome and what a fantastic price too!

The product I was using and loved was out of stock so I ordered this instead. It did not give me any relief from any of my menopause symptoms. I was so disappointed when the hot flashes returned and then one by one, all of the other symptoms. I guess I will keep looking.....

While this product doesn't completely resolve my hot flashes it greatly reduces them in severity and frequency. It works better than other supplements I've tried.
