I did more research on nut/plant based milks than I’d like to admit. I literally have tried them all. Eden’s Soy is the best in terms of flavor & texture, value and overall product ingredients & health benefits. I use this in everything from smoothies to soups, to my morning coffee.

I've looked at and tried lots of different soymilks, and this one is far and away the best. In fact, I rarely write reviews for food or drinks, but here I am.If you look at the ingredients of most other soymilks, they have their vitamins and minerals added in separately. To me, this signals bad quality ingredients with a daily vitamin sprinkled in to cover that up. Many of those other soymilks (even the organic ones) have salt and sugar added as well.This EdenSoy soymilk is just straight up water and soy beans. Not only that, the vitamin and mineral content beats competitors who have to add it in manually afterwards. I'd be hard pressed to ever switch away from this soymilk for any other brand now.

This is one of only two soy beverages that I like. It is made of only soybeans and water and does not have the artificial flavorings and thickeners of others. I use it in tea or coffee in place of milk and actually prefer it to dairy.

Better than any other vegan milk substitute

This is the best unsweetened organic soy milk out there! No gums!

Of course, $4 for a quart of milk is not cheap, so I do wish it was cheaper so that more people would be incentivized to consume this. However, given my desire to switch to more sustainable and humane options, EdenSoy's soymilk is a great option. By virtue of being soymilk, it's an A+ on the animal cruelty scale by being plant-based, sources its soybeans from US farms + buying directly from farmers (rated highly by the Cornucopia Institute and has been quite transparent, unlike Silk and similar brands), and seems to be incredibly nutritious (compared to competing brands) even without additives / fortification! I will admit, I've never tried it plain since I always drink milk in shakes, but it seems to have no beany smell / taste compared to similar brands, and after making my own soymilk at home was a disaster, I caved and just bought 10 boxes of EdenSoy milk. Definitely a product my tastebuds and values are proud to support. I heard Silk threatened to stop buying from some of the US farmers unless they matched the imported Chinese bean price (and they claimed to stop but unsure of third-party verification), so I'd rather pay more to support fair prices for US farmers (for both the economic and environmental aspect of it). Will probably do more research to determine whether it's worth continuing to purchase this product or not, but for now it's good!

I use lots of soymilk and this is the best. It doesn't have additives, no sugar. Just organic soy beans. This also has lots of protein so making a protein shake with this will only benefit you.
