After only one day, top of hat separated from fluff ball and unraveled.

Everything was fine except for the gloves. They are warm but not even remotely touch screen enabled

This set is so cute, warm and very soft. It keeps me warm even during our very cold Wisconsin winters. I really love the scarf. It is so soft, warm and stylish. I would 100% buy this again or even give it as a gift. My only complaint is that on the gloves I've had a few strings get caught on things. But that's it. Overall I really love this set!

I bought this set to go with the new jacket I had just gotten. So I used the hat 2 times and when i went to use it a third time, I noticed that the hat had come apart from the ball on top. Theres a peice of thread or yarn that goes through the holes made with the yarn at the top so that the ball can be connected to the hat. Its supposed to stay closed tight so the hat doesnt come apart. But mine somehow came competely out without me realizing it. I rigged a fix on it but Im going to return it. I havent had any issues with the other items that came with it...just the hat 😟
