Installed in bathroom. 2 missing pipe parts, but cust service was quick to respond and ship out. The font size on the directions are small - needed a magnifying glass. It takes some time to assemble, so be patient. Put together all pieces first before installing. Then break down to 3 sections (pipes and boards) Need 2 people to install. I installled in 3 sections - -Start with lower shelf and pipes first and work your way upwards. You’ll need to screw in/out long pipes to make the upward pipe fit in to the shelving holes. I spray painted pipes with a low sheen shellac to seal since black does come off in your hands from the pipes. Also varnished wood to give extra sheen. I also purchased extra pieces and constructed 2 bath towel hooks. Looks great when all done. Worth the time.

This piece is amazing and looks perfect. However, it was really really hard to construct and put onto the wall. We found that it was most useful to put together the entire piece on the floor so we could see how it looked and worked. Then, we took it apart and reconstructed it on the wall piece-by-piece. It is just too heavy to put together and then have someone hold up while someone else anchors it into the wall. Also, to make it flush against the wall, some pieces cannot be screwed together all of the way. You just have to play around with it, but the end product is AMAZING!

The wood isn't the same color wood so disappointing but it really is good quality.it is REALLY hard to put together and still haven’t been able to add one last part.

A good product overall. Instructions are very poor, you will understand the diagram once you have it put together. ;-)Things to know.Once opened, STOP. Do not take apart the partially assembled pipes. Mine were somewhat pre-assembled, dare I say correctly too. Stunning, isn't it? I thought so.Zoom in on Amazon's photos of the item and use them as the guide. It's easier than reading the tiny nonsense on the instruction sheet.It actually assembles in about 10 minutes and seems sturdy and nice looking. -1 star for poor instructions.

My product just arrived with no instructions on how to put it together and no hardware. Who do I call to get this is the question?

Very beautiful shelf once put up. I must say, the directions are horrible and it’s easier to put it together by looking at the picture. One problem I had was two of the pipes were not measured correctly and I had to have them filed down at an auto shop to get them to fit.

So when I got this in the mail I was very impressed at the quality of these shelves. They are very sturdy and beautiful.I began to put it together but, sadly, found that one of the pipes was too short to connect at all.I contacted the company and within an hour or two I had been contacted by a representative. They asked me for the pictures that I told them I took, then asked for measurements. Within a few days I had a replacement pipe delivered to my door that fits perfectly.I was very impressed with the professionalism of the company and the speedy problem resolution. I will definitely be purchasing from this company again. They are amazing!

A little difficult to assemble, but once done and mounted on the wall, it looks great! Pieces are quality material, real wood, not fiberboard made to look real. Pipe pieces are metal and fit is good. Take your time putting it together and make sure all connections are screwed in tight so that shelf maintains its rigidity. It's a little work, but a unique and beautiful piece when done!

I live the quality and sturdiness of this product. The shelf looks so good in our living room as we are trying to achieve an industrial look this shelf start conversations all the time.I am a carpenter so installing it was a little daunting but only because i want everything perfect. As far as looks I will be more of the other options this company makes to tie the rest of the room together. I highly suggest you purchase this shelve. You will not be disappointed.

LOVE！！！It is very sturdy. A little heavier than I expected. But that's not the problem. I used it to decorate my kitchen. An Equivalent Product.

Pain in the ass to assemble AND TO PUT UP THE WALL. the largest wood plank was cracked on the first half. Overall still looks good on the wall.

Not so easy to install by one person.
