Update: I tried the second bunch and this time, instead of laying them flat, I sat them outside in a vase all day. That did the trick! They are fluffy and beautiful! The stems are still weird but I ended up taping them to the height I wanted and it is working out well enough. Still not ideal. So, the fluffy factor was my mistake. The stem part is irritating but maybe all vendors do that? I have no idea. Once I get some hairspray to keep the shedding down, because they DO shed, I’ll be set.…………………These are not as large as expected and have not fluffed as much as I had hoped they would. Or at all really. They’re pretty enough so I will keep them but it is disappointing and I would not buy again. Plus the stems, instead of being one solid piece, are multiple pieces that slide up and down and are meant to make them adjustable heights. Except they don’t stay put. Overall, not worth it. Sorry.

They are BEAUTIFUL! But idk if it’s just mine or if everyone experienced this and just lived with it or if there is a fix but mine smell TERRIBLE! They smell like a farm and I have these as decor in my living room and I do not want me living room smelling like a farm… help! What can I do?

these were great, I added some to vases + incorporated them into the balloon arch. you will need to shake them out (outside) due to shedding.

Used them for our centerpiece and we loved them.

My original post is below but I wanted to update and say they reached out to me and sent me a new box free of charge. This box arrived in great condition and were much better quality. I would recommend doing business with them and the large pampas grass is much better than originally thought. Must have just been a bad set of them.Stems were very fragile, the box was bent during shipping and some of the stems broken then and more when I tried to use the remaining ones. I ended up cutting the big stems down and using them differently than planned. The grass part was very pretty.

I am so very much pleased with the quality. It is also so beautiful & perfectly, blends with the decor in the corner of my hallway. What a gorgeous, chic, elegant & tall dried pampas. A great addition to my place.

They are super cute just what I wanted. The tops of them were all bent and kinked so it took some time to get them to look some what normal. Still not perfect but better!
