Why did you pick this product vs others?: I liked the look of this product and upon arrival determined it was solid and looked as depicted. That said, the shape did not suit my purpose so recovered and packed back in the box for return. Very disappointed to report my refund included a sizeable charge for “restocking” which is a total scam at $14.
