I used these during chemo to help prevent neuropathy. They get nice and cold and stayed that way long enough to be effective during treatment, but I did have to slide in some small ice packs since I needed to keep them on so long. It definitely gave me peace of mind knowing I was doing something proactive to reduce side effects. The only small downside was that the ice packs can slip out a bit while you’re putting them on, which can be a little awkward at first. Once everything is in place though, they work great and stay put.

They stayed cold for at least 90 min. Did not have a warm lining as stated but I had bought very thin white cotton gloves which helped. Size medium will not fit a woman sz. 9 I had to buy the Large which just fit. Not sure what a larger shoe size would need. The nurse helped put the ice packs into the socks. There was no leakage and the quality is good. The gloves are very heavy after frozen which makes sense. I put them in the freezer several days before needing them. I don't think the socks stayed as frozen as long as the gloves but I had the extra packets from the previous pair that I bought. You definetly need 2 sets of gloves & ice packs for socks if you have a long treatment as I did **4 hrs.

These socks & gloves have thicker ice packs and retain their cold twice as long as the RelaxCoo socks & gloves. This is very important if you have 5 hours of chemo meds going in your body.

Not for me but for a friend. She loved this.

These are really thin- I’ve tried the footies- very nice and cold just too big for my ankles. I think it’s a good product for the price!
