Purchasing this arcade machine was definitely one of the best purchase experiences I've had. A representative from the company contacted me soon after I placed my order asking if we had small children in the household as a few of the games had mild adult content. When I answered yes, he very kindly offered to remove the few offending games and told me they were going to have the unit to our home a few days later. Was contacted again by the same (very courteous) representative saying the unit would arrive a day early. He kept in contact with me on the morning of delivery so I had a tight delivery window. Everything arrived in beautiful condition and works exactly as expected.The unit itself is plug and play, has a VAST assortment of vintage games and is an absolute joy to play and share with the family. The unit is very well built, the LED screen is bright and vivid and the built in speakers sound great! The two vintage style stools are very easy to assemble and add an awesome vintage look to the whole set. Unit has a 5 year warranty and the representative from Prime Arcades are just a phone call away in case you need anything.Very very pleased with both the unit and the customer service, which has been exemplary. Love our new PacMan machine. Prime Arcade has hands down excellent customer service. The arcade machine was delivered to our home in mint condition. It's not often you find a company like Prime Arcades who has hands down excellent customer service! I called Prime Arcades and they were very friendly and answered all my questions. I needed to talk about this purchase with my family and they were not pushy at all. I went ahead and order this machine later that following week. I am very happy I did. "WOW, it was a wonderful experience. The trucking company who delivered and dropped off my machine the guy was very friendly and helpful. The box that the pac man machine came in was in mint condition! I unwrapped it and everything was in perfect shape! All I had to do is Plug it in and it did its own setup it took just a minute or two and I played my favorite all times arcade games with my son! It brought back great memories I have played it almost all evening, "Priceless, more great memories to come"! Prime Arcade is the way to go. It's a pleasure doing business with this company!

The unit arrived yesterday and I could not be more pleased with this purchase. Order to delivery at my house was only four business days, and during transit PrimeArcades responded immediately to a request to clarify the tracking number. The cabinet is well-built, the adjustable height stools are sturdy and more comfortable than I expected, I sat on one and played for about two hours and it was great; initially I thought I would not like them and planned to buy a couple of chairs, but I like the stools very much and will be keeping them for now. I tested high score persistence and the unit that I received keeps high scores across power cycles and when unplugged from the wall. The manual has detailed charts on how to change features (difficulty levels, number of lives, etc.) for each of the games as well as reset the high scores, but the instructions in the manual on how to access those settings is a bit unclear, hopefully PrimeArcades will help clarify. This machine is an awesome addition to our game/media room.

This game table is fantastic!. Arrived quickly and setup in minutes. Everything works perfectly and all the games we played so far are true to the originals (Ms, Pac Man, Pac Man, Dig Dug, Donkey Kong, etc). This is fantastic purchase and glad I bought it from Prime Arcades LLC (TAX FREE). This game table is the highlight of our family room and can't wait to play the rest of the 60 or so games included on the table.. Prime Arcades contacted me same day I bought the table to arrange shipping and delivery. Then delivery was super fast and flawless. Love, love, love this new cocktail table from Prime Arcades and now I really need to practice Ms, Pac Man so I can retake ownership of the high score.

This was packed/shipped very well and the transport company even made sure I was aware of a certain day to be home within a set amount of hours ! The seller contacted me to assure it arrived safely and it was operational ! ( which all was good on my end ). I did have a question a day later,called them on a weekend ! , later that day I was assisted with a setting change I wanted to make and it only took about a minute. I am very satisfied .

The game arrived on time and in good working order. It worked as soon as it was plugged in and we are all enjoying it. My complaint comes from the fact that others have said that the seller responds quickly to inquiries about the product. I sent them an email over a week ago and never got an answer. My question concerned the very unclear directions on how to re-set high scores and whether the machine will hold our high scores. So far, it only keeps the high scores that were registered already when we got the machine. We have not un-plugged the machine, only turned it off with the switch on the back. There are two buttons inside but it is unclear as to what functions they perform and which to push to access the high-score function.

Received my 60 in 1 Arcade Table this week, and what a blast! Brings back so many memories from my youth. Have this in a home I sometimes rent at the beach, and my first guests loved this. The guys at PrimeArcades are great as well. Got this to me quickly and were so helpful along the way.

Love this machine and the seller made it super easy to setup. From box to play in about 15 minutes. Seller has been awesome all along the way, helpful with questions before during and after shipping. Played all day today, great memories. You won’t regret this game, goes great in my basement
