Missing parts
I was so excited to receive my fence. The instruction book was easy to read. I noticed I was supposed to have 20 vertical slats. I received 13. Can't finish a fence with missing parts, so I can only do one fence piece, not two. I'm really disappointed.

Great product, great customer service
Fence was not too hard to put together and when part was missing I emailed the company and they called me back the next day and then shipped the item immediately. I would buy this again!

Took about one hour per fence panel plus installation time.

Much nicer than expected.
Easy to assemble if you follow the directions. Building the lattice from scratch was a little tricky, though. Looks nice and feels sturdy.
