It is great material for what it is and fits perfectly.My daughter wears a size 10 girls(American) and I ordered her this in a size small based off the waist measurement for the skirt even though her waist is 1-2 cm larger than the given reference. The skirt has a small section of elastic.. hope this info helps others decide!Comes with so much: black stockings, striped knee highs, orange jacket w/ detachable bunny tail, skirt, white undershirt, red blazer, neck tie, and necklace. My daughter got this for Halloween and she loved it. Came with everything we needed. Only had to buy the wig. Good Quality

The costume was beautiful, but the ears fall off soon after being unpacked.

Everything is great material, jacket isn't that plastic feel Its almost like a soft cotton type. My daughter is 7 wears about a 10 in clothing and fits in a med perfectly little space to grow in but nothing crazy !
