Value for money and amazing service
The head set was brilliant quality just was incompatible with the works phone but the company was absolutely brilliant they refunded me without any haggling so can't fault Yealink thank you regards John

Stopped working after 4 weeks
I brought this product 5 weeks ago and 4 weeks later it has stopped working. Trying to get a refund but not clear where to go

Ce casque d'écoute fonctionne très bien et nous en avons commandé 4 comme sur la photo. Nous avons eu un petit souci avec l'un d'eux et j'ai communiqué est la compagnie. Ils m'ont répondu très rapidement, un bon suivi et ils me remplacent celui-ci par un nouveau gratuitement.

Das Headset ist viel zu leise. Die Lautstärke kann am Headset selber nicht geändert werden. Das Telefon ist auf maximale Lautstärke gestellt, trotzdem kann man den Anrufer kaum verstehen und der Anrufer selbst versteht einen auch kaum. Getestet mit zwei Headsets und Siemens Optipoint 500 Standard.
