Product looks identical to Ricoh product. Product shipped quickly as promised. Box it was shipped in looked like it was reused several times and had me worried, but product inside seems fine. I have not used this product yet as my remaining supplies of Ricoh ink need to be used. I will update this review once I start using the product.My printer is out of warranty, so using a compatible toner is ok for me. However I do not know if this product will void the warranty for new equipment buyers.I actually wish I could find someone to "refurbish and refill" my old cartridges.

Horrible results... Our Richo printer worked perfectly for years until we added this toner. The red looks pink and the quality of our prints are horrible since we added this toner. We are currently trying to remove all of it from our printer so we can replace it with the original (and unfortunately more expensive) toner. We really wish it had been better because we saved money, but unfortunately in this case we spent more money because we have to buy more to replace this toner. We definitely won't be recommending this product to anyone.

Two cartridges arrived broken, magenta and yellow. Most noticeable as they leave powder trails when the machine is running through more than five prints or so. I had them on hand to replace the OEMs, so did not attempt to contact seller, as it was x>30 days after purchase. Sigh.

We purchased these items and started using it, shortly later paper started to jam inside the fusing unit. I thought it was our fusing unit and replaced it. Nothing happened, paper still jammed. It turns out when you buy bad toner or not original toner, the drums on your machine start to fail. Now I have to spend $800 dollars to fix the issue and get original OEM toner. take this bit of advice: ONLY BUY ORIGINAL TONER

When it comes to ink and toners I am very careful to stick with the brand replacement. This is the first time that I have spent this much for replacement toners and the color quality and overall print qualityy are as good as the factory Ricoh toner. Many prints have been produced with no problems whatsoever . I would but this set of toners again. Recommended.

After trying several other brands of after-market printer cartridges, I found this particular brand very good and reliable. I would buy again and recommend to others.

I too bought this toner, started having gumming problems on the fuser, spent about $600 replacing parts only to have it occur all over again not realizing it was the toner. DO NOT BUY
