Kaufman Essex 5.6 oz. Linen Blend Teal, Fabric by the Yard

Beautiful, rich color..perfect weight to use with quilt weight cotton , presses easily

I purchased this for counted embroidery work, and it is not even in warp and weft. However, I just went 2x2 one way and 2x3 the other, and my work wasn't distorted. Definitely cheaper than purchasing even weave specifically for embroidery. It's tiny, so I needed a magnifier light, but I'm happy with it.

I made loose fitting pants with this fabric and they came out well. The fabric is nice, but wrinkles easily, but then linen does.

Love the fabric. Somehow it gets mailed the wrong route and takes awhile to come. This is my third order. I will buy again.

I was SO excited about this fabric. It looks gorgeous from the photos. But I was super disappointed when I opened it up and it was like a slate blue, with almost a gray tone to it. Zero teal characteristics. Don't buy it! All of the other fabrics I got from this company were spot on, color was great, but not this one, which was the one I was most looking forward too.

Color was not as pictured. Even accounting for different device displays, the color is nowhere close to being deep teal. I returned it.

Used this fabric to make a jewelry board. It's not as dark as the picture shows, but it's still teal, which is the color I wanted.

This is a very bad dye lot on the color. I didn't notice until I started to cut. The color slowly fades from the middle to the sides. The middle was real but the edges were more a grey-green. I couldn't return it.
