This book touches on EVERY single aspect of the "server/dining" experience. I've been a waiter a manager & a customer everywhere from Mr. Chows, The Rainbow room to The Arena diner, & your local Neighborhood Friday's & something in this book related to every experience I've ever had!! If the waiter only had this "Bible". I remember spending nearly $1000 for my family of five @ Mr. Chows in Beverly Hills &the waiter IMPLYING that I was going over my budget....There is a chapter on JUDGING also...Something for The ENTIRE SERVER FIELD!!! So this "book" is 57 pages long, with many of those half filled with pictures, and took less than ten minutes to read! For the price this is not worth buying in my opinion.
