These things are AWESOME. Over a year and through one of the rainiest windiest seasons we have ever had there is not a tear. The grommets have held tight and fading is minimal. Seller communication was awesome as they didn’t have the color I originally ordered in stock and contacted me within an hour to apologize and make it right, which they did and I was actually happy because the color we decided on actually looks better than what I had originally picked. I would like to order more for the other side of the house from the same seller but the email and phone number I have no longer work.

As you can tell from my above drone picture. With equal tension applied to each point, the left side is not curved as the right is and the bottom right is shorter. Basically every side is not the same from the other. Be prepared to allow for this flaw and lack of quality control with manufacturing as this requires yourself to extend or shorten your tie lines accordingly. Durability will be noted in time but it does what it is supposed to do for now. I did reach out to the manufacture and they did express their concern and asked if I wanted to return and remake it or refund a portion of the amount which I thought was applicable considering I already have it installed.

Works amazingly! Blocks almost ALL the heat from the sun. Perfect for my pergola. It is shaped like it says, not a rectangle, meant to be pulled tight at the corners. Worked great for me. And at a fantastic price as well. Will buy again after this one fades or gets ripped apart buy a massive storm or something.

I have this hanging in an area partially covering our pool and deck. It made a huge difference and blocks out the sun's rays which can be brutal here in the summer. It sagged a little in the middle due to it's size but I fixed that by running some plastic coated wire down the middle for it to 'rest' on. It's a great shade maker and I couldn't imagine summers without it. I had a smaller one for several years which I just replaced with this larger one.

DO NOT ORDER.The first one we ordered was ripped. I decided to give them a second chance though and returned the ripped one for a new one. The second one is not shaped the same as the first one and therefore doesn't fit on the poles that we have already installed with concrete.

This is a perfect addition to my backyard. So happy I purchase it. It was easy to mount. We bought 2 fence pools stuck them in the ground and anchored the other side. It has been up for 2 months. So far so good.

I installed this 20x16 about 2 month ago, no issues, very strong, everyone loves it gives me great shade. I love it
