I’m a large woman, 5’8 290lbs. I have a 44 inch waist and 57 inch bust. Would any sizes fit me?

I am 5 foot 2 inches tall, weigh 205 lbs have a 40 inch waist and 49 inch bust. I got size 3x, it is way too long, white dress fits fine but sleeves are tight. Blue over dress just barely fits with back laces undone.
