No lock
Had to send because my 1yo figured out how to get free within 2 minutes. It does have heavy wire inside to keep someone from cutting it off, but without a lock on the child's side, it didn't work well for us.

Work great, but if your toddler like to fidget they can undo the velcro pretty ez. They're ez tp use and comfortable.
