The were perfect for the hotel in LONDON. easy fit and seemed "solid." Just remember, your appliances must be dual voltage or "wide voltage" capable. These adapters are simply "physical adapters" form wise. They "physically" allow you to plug in 120 v USA type plugs to Great Britain's 220 volt electrical system. But again, these adapters do not reduce their (Britain's) 220 voltage to US 120v. Whatever device you plug in to these adapters while in England, must be capable of being supplied with 220 volts...

Most of your US charging adapters have built in converted and can handle 240vi most of what your products like hair dryers from the us use 120v. so while your computer and cell phone chargers will be fine, it’s unlikely your curling iron or hair dryer will be. you’ll want a converter for that

Does exactly what they are supposed to do.

This 2 pack of adapters worked just as advertised for a recent trip. My devices charged well, & at the same rate as they charge back home. Having multiple ports for up to 4 items came in very handy. The price was hard to beat too! I'd definitely purchase these again if needed.
