These cams are great i have about 12 around my home quality is great, sound is great, easy to set up . will never try any other cams.. always replace with these when one goes out.. but it will give you about 12years before you have to change one...

I now have 11 of these RLC-520A cams. They are replacing now unsupported Dahua POE cams. 1) RLC-520A's work with common browsers. No funny unsupported plug-ins. 2) EXCELLENT vision quality - they produce MP4 videos that can be relayed to Police - not some funny DAV video that can't' be converted, or used. BUY these - only unknown for me? If they can handle a MI Winter, at -10F.

Reolink has always been my preferred surveillance security system. Their products work perfectly well and have an outstanding warranty. Not to mention the easy connectivity which consist of POE.

When you buy the NVR and camera kit you also get cables, but not if you buy these two cameras. They should come with cables!

Poe is the easiest way (1 wire power and video ) these are the first 520 series I added to my rln36 nvr which has 510 and 410 cameras from reolink one system one company one love for great customer service

depuis la mise à jour de ses caméras, ça ne bogue plus. En plus il y a des capuchon pour la pluie parce qu'avant l'eau rentrait par les connecteurs maintenant c'est problème réglé. La qualité d'image est excellente. C'est pour ça que je recommande le produit et facile à installer.

This was a pain and a learning experience. I am a senior I.T. however it's my first time playing with milestone DVR Server software. I bought these as I figured they should work with milestone. Standalone, they are pretty decent. It took me a bit of time to figure out how it works. 1- Install the Reolink application. You need it to confirm the firmware version. 2- Install the latest firmware by downloading it. A search through the app will claim you are at the latest. (Before the latest firmware, the cameras were not working properly in Milestone for me) For Milestone setup Open the reolink application. (It will find the cameras instantly) click on the gear next to the camera Optional step, get the ip, login to the camera through the web and give it a static ip. Mandatory step, Gear => Network => Advanced => Server Settings I disabled HTTPS but that's me, if you want to figure it out yourself, good luck. Enabled HTTP and changed the port to 800 (you can leave it as 80) Enable RTSP 554 Enable ONVIF 8000 Open Xprotect Management Servers => Recording Servers => right click on your servername => Add hardware Manual => Add a line where you put in admin and password of your camera (configured with reolink app), Next => uncheck everything and leave other and ONVIF Conformant Device Put in the IP address, HTTP port number that you specified, uncheck use HTTPS (I couldn't get it working) and next. Your camera will be found. (Create a camera group...) and figure out the rest.

These are the cheapest well known, quality cameras that I have found. Bought on sale for roughly 55$ Canadian each when the competing dahua/amcrest or hikvision/annke are between 120-220$ each. Will buy again
