Works Great, be Careful for Brusing
I prefer using water rather than lip balm with this, the suction is better. It works really well for me, sometimes the suction is too strong and leaves bruising around my mouth which last for a few days.

Pretty much a piece of junk. Wasted money on this item. Wife says there is no suction at all, even heavily coating with balm as directed. Don't waste your money on this.
