I bought this tyre to replace a worn Maxxis Pace which is an ideal semi-slick tyre for road and hard trails. I prefer this tyre because it is a bigger volume than the Maxxis and hence more comfortable on the rear wheel even on a full suspension MTB.UPDATE: The tyre burst after 9 months but I got a replacement under warranty. That tyre has started to swell and I have taken it off and binned it before that too also bursts.Once is unfortunate but twice is a manufacturing defect on this tyre. I use Schwalbe Nobby Nics now 7 years old and they are excellent but this tyre is not fit for purpose and should be withdrawn from sale.DO NOT BUY.

Per chi come il sottoscritto, pedala ancora con gli ormai vetusti cerchi da 26, questa è una gomma decisamente molto valida, soprattutto se affrontate percorsi prevalentemente asfaltati oppure sterrati compatti. Rotolamento e silenziosità al top. E' presente una striscia catarinfrangente ad alta visibilità, che, soprattutto quando la luce inizia a scarseggiare, non fa mai male. Devo dire si sono comportate bene anche sotto un'acquazzone non previsto e nonostante la strada allagata, non hanno dato nessun tipo di problema a livello di tenuto. Da tanti anni ormai uso le gomme Schwalbe e la loro longevità si è sempre dimostrata notevole, assicurando diverse migliaia di km, senza il minimo problema. Ovviamente se dovete affrontare ghiaioni, pietraie o fango, meglio una gomma tassellata. Consigliatissima, anche se un pò caruccia...

Reifen kamen ohne große Verformungen bei mir an. Innerhalb von kürzester Zeit aufgezogen. Seife auf die Flanken einmal 4 Bar Druck drauf und "Plop" "Plop" drin das Ding. Luft wieder raus und ein bissl was über 2 Bar rein, fertig . Kein Höhenschlag, kein Seitenschlag, Reflektorline läuft rund. Leise und Leichtgängig. 👍
