Bought these knee pads after I had foot surgery and needed to crawl up my hardwood steps. They are easy to put on, stay in place and protect my knees. Worked great for me!

I bought this knee brace for when I'm working cleaning homes and getting up and down frequently. It gives me great support and comfortable to wear. Lightweight, best supportive.

Strange gap at the middle of the knee; it sticks out oddly, possibly due to the way the velcro wrap is designed. My legs are not heavy, 5'6 125.This is not my image (from another reviewer) but I had the same issue. I had to return them.

I bought these for work where I detail planes and spend a lot of time on my knees. The padding is perfect for what I need. They are comfortable and not bulky at all. My only complaint would be trying to keep them in place. I am constantly undoing the velcro and redoing the velcro to tighten the knee pad and to put it back up on my knee. It tends to fall down no matter how tight I get it. And too tight makes me loose my circulation. I even tried using yoga pants instead of jeans but still no luck. But in the defense of the pads, I do move around and up and down ladders alot. Yes, I would recommend these. I feel they were a good value for the money.
