Excellent cleaner for many applications
PBW is a great cleaner, not only for beer brewing equipment but for all sorts of things. When portable coolers get funky on the inside, PBW and hot water soaked overnight completely restored the cooler without scrubbing. They clean grease in dishwashers very well, just run a load with PBW. If you have a baking dish that has baked a turkey, just fill it up with hot water and PBW and all of the baked on stuff is removed overnight. I do not recommend using on a cast iron pan; it will not only remove baked on stuff but removes the seasoning. Still, seasoning is easily fixed with some oil and heat. Same goes with funky washing machines. Cleans very well.

Excellent product
I've been using this to clean corney kegs and equipment used for cold brew coffee. The product works excellent for coffee.

Still the Best After Nearly 40 Years
I've been using this PBW cleanser since the late 1980s, and it's still my absolute favorite and go-to for deep, reliable cleaning. It consistently cuts through stubborn residue on brewing gear and other equipment without harsh fumes or damage, which keeps me coming back to it decade after decade. After trying plenty of alternatives over the years, nothing matches how effortlessly this works or how dependable the results are, so I keep a tub on hand at all times and happily recommend it to anyone who wants a cleaner that truly delivers.

Clean all your things.
My all purpose cleaning solution. Started with cleaning metal components, now I cut kitchen grease and shine up bathroom tiles with it as well. Very great to use on things you don't want exposed to harsh, toxic chemicals. It also only takes a small amount with some nice hot water, so it's also very economical.

Cleans more than brewing equipment!
Besides brewing equipment, this stuff can be used to clean lots of stuff. Just be careful it is strong alkaline. It really cleans my washable air filter, for my cold air intake, on my truck. Easy to mix and use, no strong smells.

Excellent product for cleaning brewing equipment. The product is a little pricey. I am considering looking for other options that may cost less.

Great price for this extremely effective brewery washing detergent. This stuff makes barware sparkle! It also breaks down organic gunk on glass, stainless steel, aluminum and plastic if you soak it.
