These work!
I have gotten a few pairs of these and they seem to work well, keeping my legs and feet from swelling while seated for extended periods. Having a job in tech, most of my work is sitting at a computer. As I have gotten older, my legs and feet start swelling after a few hours of working. These socks help to keep the swelling to a minimum. They fit my legs as expected and sizing seems to be right on. They are not terribly comfortable, but I don't like socks in general, so nothing off there. This being said, they are not any worse than regular socks. Sure, they do apply pressure to my legs and feet, but that is how compression socks work. Ultimately, I will keep getting these socks as I wear through them.

My hubby needed a size up from the standard ex.large.too tall and slides down
well made, but they slip down.Hubby has larger calves, but is not a big over weight man.regular ex.compression were too tight and hard getting off after on his feet all day.Went to the extra wide...more comfy , but slips down, though fits right.Maybe I will go back to the other brand.

too tight around calves
I ordered two pair of black compression socks size 3 X at the same time I ordered this beige pair also size 3X. The black ones fit wonderfully ..the beige pair is much much too tight around my upper calves and leave deep indentations in my legs just below the bend in my knee. My best guess is , although the wrapper says the stockings are size 3 X , this pair was mis sized or a smaller size was placed in a size 3 X packaging ..Unfortunately I can not return these much too tight beige stockings as I have tried them on and worn them . Please be aware the sizes are not consistent .

Compression socks
These compression socks work very well they are nice weight and fit my wife perfectly. They are just what the doctor ordered.

Compression socks only good for using on your big toe not for your leg
Could not get the sock past my big toe. No matter what instruction I followed for putting these excessively tight stockings on they never fit past my big toe. Needed the socks for my legs not just my big toe. Very poor fit. Either sized extremely wrong or seller misrepresented the size. They went to garbage can.

I have size 11 feet and big calves that right now are swollen badly. Dr's orders to get compression socks on so I ordered these. It is summer but these are not too hot .. breathable.. and are not too tight either. very comfortable so far. Wearing them 3 days now and I like them so far
