Was pleased with my purchase. It does a good job of squeezing the lemons 🍋 and catching the seeds. I read the reviews about the gap in the handle before I bought. Honestly, I had to look it over good to find the gap. Not sure why they made it that way but I really don’t think it’s a problem. Would’ve been nice to be totally solid but with that said, this is a great juicer. I would definitely recommend and buy it again myself. 👍👍

I have only been using this for a short time, and I like it pretty good. However, like many have stated, there is one glaring design flaw with it. If you look at the photo, you can see that there is a gap in the handle where water and juice can get into it. The handle is hollow, so you can only imagine what's going to be growing and rusting all up in there after prolonged use. I have been circumventing the issue by washing it immediately after use with scalding hot water while holding it with the handle pointing upwards and then using a can of compressed air to blow out the area in question. I have been thinking of a way to squash this problem, but short of grabbing a car battery and some welding rod from the local hardware store, I am at a loss. They really should put a small weld all along that part of the squeezer. If the manufacturer just took that little effort, they could increase the price of the product to cover the cost, and consumers would pay it because this is a really great product otherwise. Nobody wants to get sick from this. We squeeze lemons and limes for our health to be better, not to put ourselves at risk for illness.Update: 02-19-23Ok, so I have been using this lemon squeezer for awhile now, and I have changed my opinion about it. In a quest to find a product that has no hollow handle, I have purchased a couple of alternatives that are "stainless" and found them to be great products. However, they lack the one thing that makes this lemon squeezer superior to almost all of the other would-be great lemon squeezers on the market; the amount of juice you can get out of it and the size of the lemons you can squeeze with it. This product has them all beat. The space between the bottom of the "cup" where to fruit sits and the compression bulb of the top handle is pretty small when it is closed. This, coupled with the large "cup", enables one to literally squish the living juice out of the lemon. Small lemons, cut in half, will turn almost inside-out without cutting slits in them like some people like to do. So, these facts alone make this squeezer my #1 go-to kitchen tool for my daily dose of fresh-squeezed lemon and water. So long as you clean it immediately after use with really hot water while holding the hollow handle upward away from gravity, and dry it thoroughly with a paper towel so water doesn't get up in there, then this squeezer will make a lot of people very happy for a very long time.

this was easy to clean and mostly easy to use. no seeds or pulp.For seniors and those will weak grips you should get something else.I found no pulp bothersome cause I like pulp, but its a fine juicer.

This thing is awesome! Easy to use. Easy to clean. I can't believe How much juice I was able to squeeze out of a lemon. So much better than those other manual juicers.

I knocked down the sturdiness rating because the hinge seems unstable, after just a couple of uses it does not stay perfectly aligned at all times, but unless it becomes completely detached then that's not an issue with a juicer. Hand juicers like this one are great and practical. Always opt for stainless steel appliances and tools.

I use lemon juice in cooking and found I was wasting too much juice by doing it by hand. Bought this device and the problem was solved. Easy to operate, efficient, and a snap to clean.

This is my third squeezer bought and 0 of them close all the way. Used to be a bartender and had one that squeezed all the way so you could barely squeeze left over juice. Unfortunately I just cannot find one. Took a picture showing that when closed it is uneven so after squeezing quite a bit of juice is left.

Better to get the XL size for lemon juice, warranty for life, seems to be sturdy. I wouldn't us it for oranges as it would have been far too small, but good to squeeze the lemons. I use it 2 times per day. The best that I have found on Amazon.

It's a really good lemon squeezer, the only thing I wish it had was a rubber grip.

Product seems well built but does flex a bit if you try to overpower a thick rind on the fruit. I have a lot of hand strength and literally exploded the last steel juicer in half. It ended up cutting me and breaking a glass nearby. This one seems much better and does seem to be made of true stainless steel although it's not stamped anywhere with the grade.... I emailed with the manufacturer and they claim they are unable to stamp them without revealing the supplier. I'd suggest rolling a lime before cutting it to break down the toughness a bit. It will juice better.

FUNCTIONALLY IT IS SUPERB. VERY HEAVY. FULCRUM IS SHORT. WE HAVE TO WIDE OPEN TO PLACE AND PRESS LIME PIECE. FOR LADIES AND SHORT HAND PERSONS OPERATION IS LITTLY DIFFICULT. IT WILLOST LONGER. IT CAN ACCOMMODATE VERY BIG LIMES . IT IS A MUST KN EVERY HOUSE.

Doesn’t get as much juice out as one of those old fashioned juicers but it’s easy to clean and feels pretty robust. Much better than squeezing by hand especially if the fruit is rock hard.
