Flexible brush tip and fine tip in one marker. Brush tip works like a paintbrush to create fine, medium or bold strokes; fine tip gives consistent lines. Dual Brush Pens are ideal for artists and crafters. The water-based ink is blendable and the resilient nylon brush retains its point stroke after stroke. 108 colors available including a colorless blender for shading. Review: Love - Nice but large lol. This is my favorite marker of all time.
This is my favorite marker of all time. The color is gorgeous, somewhere between a poppy and a red-rose crimson. It stands out on every page. I love the brush end more the more I use it because it becomes softer and more malleable the way a damp paintbrush does. It lets me layer color and use it as a highlighter for colors either darker than it or colors that can write on top of it and stand out. I'm always thinking of a mission for this marker.

Favorite Black Pen!
I LOVE this ink pen so much so I bought other colors from Tombow as well. I love Tombow a lot more than Copic markers' because the brush tip is more "bendy" and easier to maneuver, while the fine tip is more helpful for lining. I do find this a little hard to blend even with Tombow's blending pen I got from the full pack, but it could just be the paper I'm using. Here's my amateur first attempt at calligraphy. Great for a lot of color applications
I use Tombow brush pens for coloring sketches and along adding color to notes in my journal. The two tips are very handy. When you need detail you can get it easily with the fine tip. When you need to color areas the bruhs point works well and acts like a brush, handy for those used to using a fine-art paint brush. These are watersoluble so don't expect them to be waterproof. But they are easily blendable with water. If you want to use them for small sketches I suggest using a watercolor or watercolor/mixed-medai sketching paper that will hold up to a bit of scrubbing for the best results. In fact, I recommend using better quality paper generally--you will like the results more. Nor are the colors lightfast, like a lot of quality watercolors, acrylics or oils. But if you use the like in a journal or closed book, I suspect that they will last a long time. But they are not recommended for fine art that is to be framed and thus exposed to light over time. Also, they do not bleed through a lot of decent papers like permanent markers do. I find these brush pens especially for quick small sketches. For years I have used the grays for doing little studies in preparation for larger art work, like paintings. Highly recommended.

I don't know what this is. It must be great because it's causing me a problem.
