Electric Samovar With Ceramic Teapot or pot, Electric kettle Hot Tea Machine, Mulex Made In Germany (3 Liter, White)

Following a long process of research and owning several tea pots and makers we chose this Samowar. Our criteria was a machine that we could leave on for long periods of time during the day for daily use it during entertaining when our guest would be welcomed to tea at any time and could serve themselves. We accomplished our purpose and love our truly brewed tea. We are also depending on the reliability of this machine given it is made in Germany with quality materials and components. We also enjoy the color white that matches the our stone countertops and kitchen decor. We are thrilled with our choice.

I first ordered it and the top area that the tea pot would sit on it was broken, I refunded and ordered it the second time, the second time as soon as I pluged it it and turned it on I started leaking. It's very pretty and nice if it was working properly.

I was completely mislead, I particularly asked several time if the item made in Germany and been told yes, I can’t believe they still advertising it as made in Germany, it’s not German made product, it’s cheap and water smells plastic when you boile it. Knownly misleading people, unbelievable.

Paying over three hundred dollars I am disappointed by the inside material. A little bit misleading as it mentioned the interior material is stainless steel but only the bottom is stainless steel but the rest are "plastic". Seller repeats it is not plastic but it is "synthetic material". Unfortunately, it is plastic. This is some sort of High heat resist plastic (of course, synthetic material) which you can find this material from any CAD19.99 plastic kettle from Walmart. It does not melt when you boil water with it.From the tea pot (ceramic) and the samovar, you cannot find any engrave or printing say "Made In Germany", so this make it's origin become a big question mark. The craftsmanship and quality does not seems to be from Germany, you can see a lot of molding marks, chips and residues are still on the product, there is no way to verify and confirm the item's origin and seller claims it is "Made In Germany" has become a mystery.The samovar's cover has a recycle sign on it but did not mention the number. Plastic?....You can only see the brand name and "Germany" under the brand, that can only tell you Mulex is a German company but nothing else.The packaging is also a bit lousy. Overall with all the traces, I really doubt it was manufactured in Germany.Despite of the design and looking, I would say this is just similar to any plastic kettle from Walmart price would be from 9.99 to 29.99 .

It broke after few months of using and dripping waters. I can’t return it because the seller didn’t accept the return. It’s very cheaply made out of plastic and I paid almost $300.

Tried washing inside and it stopped working. Also made of cheap plastic, not german.
