I got this watch for my husband’s 70th birthday. He has loved the watch. BUT…Now, after nine months, the calendar on the watch has stopped working. There is a customer service number as well as a number for the company. One number doesn’t do anything-no recording or anything. The other number says, “We cannot complete your call. Please try again.” He has called many times over the course of several days, and hasn’t gotten through. They gave a form to email, and we’ve gotten no response. Since there is a warranty of 24 months and the cost of the watch is considerably high, we expect far better customer service. We are not pleased.

I really spent too much money for a nice watch that was not working at all... l went to replace the battery but never worked at all... I trash it... False advertisement!!I'm still paying for something that l don't have...

How come its an automatic watch when you have to set the date and week manually every day not to mention the month and year. So you are just wasting $350 for nothing. The look is great but the features are not what I expected from an automatic watch. Now I doubt if its really an automatic watch.

Beautiful watch BUT the indicators for the day and date were so small that you couldn’t read either. I sent it back for that reason
