The perfect toilet! Good strong flush, easy install, fairly quiet, and looks modern, high end, and clean. I didn’t get the Toto bidet seat, instead I ordered a Delta bidet for about $70-$80 that fits perfectly and matches the color. It’s not as fancy as the Toto brand but does the trick without breaking the bank. One thing to note: If only half of your toilet arrives and Amazon marks the whole toilet as “delivered”, don’t panic. The other half should arrive a couple days later without any tracking. This is how mine was delivered and it definitely worried me at first. I thought they had only sent the bowl and nothing else. But two days later two more boxes were dropped off that contained the tank, seat, and the rest of the toilet and from there everything was easy to install on our own. Also good to know: if a piece in the tank is making a non stop hissing sound after you first install it (I think it was the fill valve), this happened to us and it went away after a few hours, so don’t think something is immediately wrong, give it a little time and it works itself out (at least it did for us). Overall it’s a great toilet and feels like a huge upgrade to our house. Highly recommend!

Works great for flushing those MASSIVE LOGS that small children are somehow able to produce. The flush is really super powerful. Pretty easy to clean, though I'm not sure the special coating does anything, as "bits" seem to stick to it just as frequently as with every other toilet I've ever used. Easy to install, using a traditional wax ring means no leaks as long as you do the job right, and our water bill appreciates the lower usage. Get this toilet, it's the one the plumbers love over on the Terry Love forums as well. No crap!

The product is so good! The only drawback is it came in broken. Good bowl, good tank, good seat cover. The only drawback is it came in broken. I would not suggest getting a toilet here. The issue is not the product itself. It happened in transit and I was censored to leave a comment that talks about kusttomer surfis. So I'm saying good things about the product, which is fabulous.

I never heard of Toto toilets until YouTube recommended a video recently. I watched the video and I was intrigued. I then watched a few more videos along with reading the comments and I realized Toto toilets are favored by most plumbers. I then opened my Amazon app and ordered one. I was worried I would receive a damaged toilet because that seems to be a very common problem from shipping damages. I decided to go for it but to my surprise my toilet came completely unharmed. It was very well packed. I installed my toilet and I’m 100% happy with my new purchase. The only thing I’m not a fan of is the toilet seat and lid. It’s okay but it’s too rickety for my liking so I just used my seat and lid from my previous toilet because it’s only two years old and I like the seat and lid much better. I can highly recommend this toilet to anyone that’s looking for a very nice toilet with a very reasonable price tag.

The toilets are awesome, easy to install. Easy to clean. Comfortable to use. And just throw away your plunger you won’t need it! Maybe not throw away, hide it instead just in case. But they arrive broken. Let’s just say ordered 3 toilets and had to order 2 times to get 3 in tact toilets. Out of 6, 3 were broken on arrival. This is not Toto’s fault other than not packaging them to handle UPS shipment. It’s worth the wait!

I was concerned about purchasing a toilet that would be shipped to our house might arrive damaged. Our toilet arrived 3 days ahead of schedule. It was very well packaged. the outer heavy box had additional cushioning to the inner box which housed the bowl, and then more cushioning to the bowl. The tank was packed the same way. I just finished the installation yesterday. The toilet flushes great. My wife is most pleased. I had a little difficulty inserting the rubber seat anchors in the bowl. They are long with expanding lobes that lock in place when tightened. They are also bigger than the holes into which they rest. I applied a little hand lotion to the anchors and then used the seat screws as push rods to push them into the holes. In my install I had limited space on the left side of the toilet so tightening the left tank bolt and left floor bolt were working blind. The rear of the toilet does not allow space for one's hand to go behind the toilet. The important thing is that it flushes well. Too many toilets don't nowadays with the lower flush standards.
