The media could not be loaded.  I purchased this vegetable chopper to make it easy on me when chopping vegetables. It comes with five stainless steel blades, one storage container that attaches to chopper, one safety guard and one plastic cleaning brush. The blades are very sharp and clean easily. All the plastic is BPA free and is very durable. The guard slips off sometimes when I'm using it but I feel safe enough using the chopper without the safety guard. This is perfect for making french fries or slicing vegetables for a salad. I am pleased with my purchase.

This gadget is so useful! I initially bought it because I cannot handle dealing with onions. Cutting up onions the old school way always made my eyes tear up and get super swollen. Not cute when you are prepping for a dinner party. Not only does it make dicing onions extremely easy and pain free, the shredding and slicing tool works great! I don't even mince garlic anymore, I use the smaller shredding tool. Totally worth it! Very simple to use and easy to clean.

Replaced my Mother's old chopper. Works fine. Recommend.

The media could not be loaded.  This is probably one of my best purchases ever. It cuts your vegetables quick & easy, and cleans up just as fast. I highly recommend.This is definitely a life saver! I really like onions but I usually can't see by the time I am done dicing them. In comes the Vidalia dicer to save my teary eyes. The plastic is not cheap looking or feeling, the parts are easy to clean and the dicer works well. Just place your vegetable and apply a bit of pressure and that's it. I really love this chopper. It has saved me so much time in the kitchen,This chopper glides through onions, peppers, tomatoes, mushrooms, celery, apples, etc. quite easily. Root vegetables take a little more force but are still a lot easier and faster for me with this chopper.

4 stars because i haven't tried it yet but i really like it , looks good and convenient to use.

This was the worst purchase I have made. I have used this once and am ready to throw it out.The cleanup alone takes twice as much time as just chopping by hand.The actual grate area is so small that you have to cut your vegetables into very short chunks.As for pressing gently, that's a laugh. Trying to dice some ham meant putting all my weight on it to get it to go through.I made a poor choice on this.I hope you don't.

A simple review. It does what it is supposed to do.
