I like these clips for automotive testing because the jaws are slender enough to fit into most (not all) automotive plugs and get good contact on male pins. Same for electronics when a low current jumper is needed like when you need to attach standard multi-meter leads in a circuit for hands-free testing.They are great for testing small, plug in style relays. The clips only open about 1/4" but that is OK for most low current testing as they are only 22 gauge. They are fine for testing A/C clutch function which draws about 4 amps.The quality of the alligator is good for the price and they have good spring tension. They are not "Pro" grade, but for the price, you can throw them out when they lose functionality.

Like all the pictures show these are crimped and soldered to the alligator clips. I always need test leads for various projects and checking batteries etc and I didn't have any left, or just can't find them anymore. These are capable of carrying typical current and voltages most things around the house and garage.these are also a great value for what you get and the quality. Very happy with my purchase.

Perfect set for the price, which does exactly what its supposed to do. Came in handy to work on my LED bar project too. They feels sturdy and well made too.

On a rainy day, I made a point of testing each of the ten leads . They all tested perfect . After all, there is nothing more frustrating than a bad lead or test instrument . Ten leads is enough for me, but I would not hesitate buy more of these if the need would arise .

These test leads are perfect for my small electronics projects. They are well made an do what they are supposed to do, I will purchase more when I need more.
